For 2.5D Visualization (additional): Java 3D v1.4.2 or higher and up-to-date graphic card drivers.
Offline version is available upon request from the authors!

Unzip
Run the provided batch-files: run.bat(Windows) or run.sh(*nix)
If needed modify the java memory flag: -Xmx512M
Pedigree en/decoding tool (online)
PersonID,FatherID and MotherID have to be numeric and not larger than 32000. Thanks to Clemens Egger we can provide an en/decoding tool.
